Customer Service Representative

Global Exterior Experts is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. With over 15 years of experience serving Chicagoland, we are renowned for providing top-notch, affordable exterior roofing, siding, gutters, fascia-based home restoration, and home construction services.

Requirements:

• Preferred: 1 year of customer service or general business experience
• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Office 365 and computer data entry
• Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to cleanliness
• Professional appearance, as you will represent our company and adhere to our dress code
• Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, engage in meaningful conversations, and direct calls to the appropriate departments
• Handle customer calls with poise and provide outstanding service regardless of the situation
• Conduct post-inspection surveys, gathering valuable feedback from homeowners about their experience with our sales representatives

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary Range: $35,250.00 - $38,000.00 per year
